What is there to rallying in a tent or caravan? “Not much!” I hear you say, “just find a friendly farmer with a flat field, set up then sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside.”
If only it was that easy. There is legislation to consider, health and safety issues, insurance matters; people need to know about the countryside code, the seaside code and the caravan code. You also need to know whether your car is suitable to tow your caravan and even whether your mirrors satisfy the latest EU directive.
